Position: North American Nuclear Product Manager
Location: Louisville, KY
Travel: 40-70%
Salary Range Low: $80,000.00

To maintain superior customer focus, we are seeking a NA Nuclear Product Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for enhanced market visibility and increase sales of retrofit and new Nuclear Position Sensors, managing incoming projects and quotes with Nuclear Inside Sales, and expanding marketing efforts in the North American Market. The individual selected will also collaborate with their peers at other sites to drive continuous improvement and share project information.   • Identify, Qualify, and Prioritize Nuclear Position Sensor retrofit opportunities in existing North American Nuclear Power Plants
  • Review all Nuclear Industry opportunities weekly with Nuclear Inside Sales Staff
  • Monthly call with nuclear OEMs to review opportunities and timelines for orders and deliveries
  • Coordinate with Nuclear Inside Sales and Nuclear Engineer to ensure proper terms and conditions, applications review, and quotation so that orders meet Nuclear Industry standards
  • Manage the Nuclear Custom Quote Process internally (any non-standard) components or special requests
  • Support Regional Sales Managers, LBPs, and I&VS on sales calls to support all technical and product questions related to Nuclear products and applications
  • Develop marketing programs, product presentations, and other sales materials with Marcom to drive new and retrofit sales
  • Participate in NA nuclear trade shows and conferences to promote TopWorx nuclear solutions
  • Conduct training on application of nuclear product
  • Assist in valve audits and gaining dimensional information for Custom Bracket designs
  • May perform other duties as assigned
  • Reports to Development Director
Position resides in Louisville, KY - Relocation package may be included

Education / Experience Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Experience leading organizations using Sales and Order management modules in an ERP environment (e.g., ORACLE, JDE, SAP), desirable
  • Experience in valve actuator and instrumentation, a plus
  • Experience managing or leading projects, desirable

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
  • Ability to travel 40-70% (required)-North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia, others as required per growth of industry
  • Excellent, demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated decision making skills with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and to develop, implement and communicate cost-effective solutions
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated successful experience in process and productivity improvement initiatives
  • Technical aptitude
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification issued by Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent desirable
