DESCRIPTION:
Mammoth Restoration is looking for an Area Manager who will be responsible for all sales, mitigation production, financial and HR activities within the territory (Doylestown, Philadelphia, and surrounding area). They are expected to provide exceptional customer service and maintain superior client relationships while performing restoration activities for water, fire, mold, cleaning, and other interrelated remediation assignments.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Exceed revenue and profit objectives for mitigation and repair services in the designated geographic area.
  • Create, lead and execute on market growth plans.
  • Develop relationships with key account customers across multiple segments.
  • Make sales calls on clients across any of our targeted segments.
  • Support business development activities across a diverse mix of clients.
  • Align sales and production activities (BDR and production team).
  • Support sales and marketing leaders and execute on company initiatives within the geographic area.
  • Oversee production, including supervision of team members.
  • Team with the repair leader and support project management responsibilities, including job performance and client interaction.
  • Ensure our team members provide high quality emergency mitigation services.
  • Manage production team to exceed key production metrics, such as gross margin, customer satisfaction, and lead close rate.
  • Support operational excellence and direct the team to fully utilize our well-developed systems, processes, and SOPs.
  • Manage the area business for profitability and exceed business plan goals and budget.
  • Make personnel decisions to expand or contract our team to achieve financial and marketplace objectives.
  • Manage facility, vehicle and equipment responsibilities to support the business within financial objectives.
  • Recruit, hire, coach and retain a superior production team.
  • Conduct reviews of production supervision and support the reviews of production staff.
  • Support and review team coordinators for communication, accountability and production excellence.

REQUIREMENTS:
Work day begins at 7:30 AM and ends at 4:00 PM though this position may require that you are able to be contacted outside of normal business hours.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 years Management Experience
  • Successful Sales Experience
  • MS Office
  • Ability to learn use of CRM and Production software

Training:

  • Complete IIRCR courses as needed.
  • Complete training in Pack-out/Pack-back of content.
  • Complete training in Content and Structural cleaning.
  • Complete training in operation of all job-related equipment.
SKILLS:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Proficient in technologies such as smart phone, tablet, Microsoft Office, etc.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours as required by the position
  • Attention to detail
  • Takes initiative in solving problems
  • Strong people skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
